Bookings & Cancellations

Upon booking your appointment, we will need a debit or credit card on file. Your card will not be charged unless there is a breach of our cancellation policy.

Cancellations within 48 hours to your appointment time will be charged 30% of the total booking. No shows will be charged 50% of the total booking.

Payment will be taken on the day, once the service has been provided via the available payment options listed below.

Payments

Available methods of payment are:

  • Debit or credit card

  • Cash

  • Gift voucher

  • AfterPay


If a payment is made with Afterpay, it is up to the client to understand the individual policies found on the Afterpay website.


All Eftpos payments will incur a 1.1% surcharge fee on top of the total booking price.


Your card details may be kept on file but will never be used for payment unless there is a breach in policy as detailed under Bookings and Cancellations. All personal details will be secured appropriately.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your results, please contact the salon and we will endeavour to fix the problem free of charge. We want you to love your look and are passionate about helping you achieve your hair goals!
